INTRODUCTION / APPLICANT GUIDANCE

  • Eligibility: This form is for Australian registered charities whose project delivers medical equipment, therapy & mental‑health services, or distraction/experience initiatives that improve the lives of Australian children. Please review the eligibility criteria before proceeding.

  • Completion time: ~10 minutes if supporting documents are ready.

  • Required uploads: Latest ACNC financials, detailed budget, relevant quotes, and optional photos/support letters

Criteria for Grant Recipients:

The following criteria will be used to assess potential grant recipients:​

  • Alignment with the Trust's Mission: The organisation's mission and objectives should align with ToyBox Charitable Children's Trust's mission, which is to support initiatives that benefit children's health, education, and welfare, with a specific focus on medical equipment, distraction, and therapy.​

  • Financial Stability: The organisation should demonstrate financial stability, sound financial management, and a clear plan for sustainability.​

  • Impact: The organisation should have a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for children, and its proposed project or initiative in the areas of medical equipment, distraction, and therapy should have a clear plan for measurable impact.​

  • Capacity: The organisation should have the necessary capacity and expertise to successfully execute the proposed project or initiative in the areas of medical equipment, distraction, and therapy.​

  • Collaboration: The organisation should be willing to collaborate with ToyBox Charitable Children's Trust and other relevant organisations to maximise the impact of the project or initiative in the areas of medical equipment, distraction, and therapy.​

  • Geographic Focus: The organisation's work should primarily benefit children in Australia in the areas of medical equipment, distraction, and therapy.​​
